RX: MORNING YOGA + Aligned Action

[Minimum 3 Days]

Welcome back!!

It’s so great to see you again! Are you ready for week 3 of the Holiday Detox Challenge?

This week we are going to begin to step into an aligned life by taking action. Taking action this week will come two-fold. Initially we’ll start our day off with a quick morning yoga routine to get ya feeling ready to take on the world. Next, we’ll take inspired action aligned with our hearts (and where we really want to be.)

So let’s jump right on in!

Step 1:

COMPLETE MORNING YOGA ROUTINE

 
 

Yoga has so many benefits ranging from simply feeling better to connecting you with your higher self. Starting the day with a quick yoga routine can positively impact the trajectory of your entire day! Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or this is your first time even hearing the word yoga, this class will help you start your day off right.

Give it a try and notice how you feel before, during and after the class. Try to observe your emotions, thoughts and body. Notice any trends throughout your morning routine. Yoga gives you a chance to get to know yourself better so use this opportunity to truly dedicate time to you!

Step 2:

TAKE ALIGNED ACTION

What’s aligned action?

Aligned action is taking part in activities that feel easy, that bring joy and a sense of fulfillment. Action that is not aligned feels heavy… like you have to force yourself to do it. Aligned action can also be referred to as inspired action.

It just feels good for your soul!

In order to decide what action to take you’ll have to take a look back at the New Year Questionnaire you completed for week one of this challenge. If you still need to do it you can access it by clicking here.

Take a look back at your lowest rated area(s). Choose one or two that you want to specifically work on this week. Now ask yourself this:

IF [LOWEST RATED AREA] WERE ACTUALLY A +10 IN MY LIFE,

HOW WOULD MY LIFE CHANGE?

WHO WOULD I BE?

HOW WOULD I ACT?

That last question is the key!

How would you act if your lowest rated area of life were actually a +10? Who would you become?

This week we are going to practice our acting skills and act as though our lowest rated areas were actually the highest. This might feel super silly but by the end of the week you might just start to feel more in alignment with the life you truly want in 2019!

Take some time to really think this one over and play with your imagination.

This week I’m going to act as though I’m the most abundant person in the world! I will appreciate everything around me big and small and always recognize that more is flowing to me than away. Whenever I spend money I will thank it for providing me with the opportunity for more.
